• Cabinet Fronts and inside cabinet/ inside drawers vacuum and wipe.
• Clean and sanitize countertops/ backsplash 
• Scrub and disinfect sinks & faucets
• Inside pantry shelves wipe down

 BATHROOMS 

•  Scrub shower and tub.
• Clean and disinfect sinks, faucets, toilets, countertops. 
• Clean medicine cabinet
• Splash toilet water with a great smelling scent

 BEDROOMS & LIVING AREAS

• Carpet Vacuuming.
• Hard flooring will be mopped.
• Baseboards dusted and wipe down.

• All reachable light fixtures dusted and wiped.

ALL BASEBOARDS/TRIM/DOORS WILL BE DUSTED AND WET WIPED.

Preparing for your guest to stay at your property? Our Vacation Rental Service will get your home clean to standard.  To ensure all your needs are met, please provide any special instructions your property may need upon booking for a smooth process. 

• Post guest inspection (Any issues, damages, or lost guest items)
• We prepare checklists to be used by our cleaning team that highlight your biggest needs. We understand that every property is different and can use a more custom checklist to make sure the important details are checked each time.
• Our services include detailed cleaning of all areas of the home including the kitchen (all appliances and dishes), bedrooms (laundry, remaking beds), bathrooms, and living areas. 
• Replenish all kitchen items (Paper towels, Keurig pods, sugar, creamer, water bottles, etc.)
• Refill all required soap, shampoo, body wash dispensers, toilet paper.
• Emptying all trash cans.
• For homes with outdoor patios, we also inspect yards for any trash and wipe down all hard surfaces and BBQ grills. 
• Final Inspection (We know how important staging and presentation is for your vacation rentals! When working together, we will build a customer profile for your home specifically that includes listing photos and specific requests to make sure you home is guest-ready each time)

• Easy payment invoicing allows you to pay from your phone
• (LSM) Light on Site Management. We will provide you with feedback, guest reviews, If any items needs to be replaced, supply inventory running low, damages, pest problem, or maintenance.
